Smoking is not allowed in the hotel rooms, neither indoors nor on the terrace. Violating this rule may result in a charge of €100 to your account for the cleaning and sanitization of your room if any employee of our establishment detects the infraction. Smoking is permitted exclusively on the terrace of the Entrecamps restaurant and on designated sofas on the hotel terrace. Obviously, smoking is forbidden in both courses too. The resort strongly opposes smoking practices and aims to minimize smoking opportunities within the premises.
Empordà Golf Resort does not enforce a specific dress code but expects guests to be respectful of customary attire. Smart casual attire is recommended, preferably polo shirts and collared shirts, in common areas. Appropriate swimwear is allowed by the pool not on common areas. Offensive or inappropriate messages on clothing are prohibited.

Yes, visitors are welcome to use the practice facilities. Practice balls can be obtained from the ball machine on the practice field. Practice fees apply, but hotel guests have complimentary access to the practice area.

No, walking along the golf course paths is not permitted for safety reasons. However, guests have access to a designated path behind the apartments located in front of the hotel and along the paths within the urbanization.
The hotel provides laundry services, and you can find a laundry bag and form in the wardrobe of your room. Once filled out, please contact the reception (dial 9). Additionally, rooms are equipped with an iron and ironing board, which you can find in the wardrobe.
Due to environmental concerns, we do not have amenities displayed in the rooms. However, you can request them through the reception, and we will be happy to provide you with whatever you need.

Room cleaning service is conducted from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If needed, you can request a specific time within the 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM window for your room to be cleaned.
We accept dogs. The owner must comply with the rules provided by the reception at the check-in and will be solely responsible for the cleanliness and safety of their dog. Dogs are allowed in all the areas but must be always kept on a leash. A supplement of 35 EUR per night applies. Failure to comply with the pet policy rules will result in a fine of 100 EUR imposed by the hotel.
If you are coming with a caravan, please note that parking it inside the resort or staying overnight in it is not allowed. Additionally, access is restricted for caravans, motorhomes, trailers, and vehicles with:
- A height exceeding 2.20 meters or a weight over 3,500 kg.
- Overnight stays inside any parked vehicle within the resort are prohibited.

The Resort has two restaurants that open seasonally. Entrecamps Restaurant is open from 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM from April 1st to October 31st, and from 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM from October 1st to March 31st. Terrafonda Restaurant, located inside the hotel building, is also open from 18:30 PM to 10:30 PM from October 1st to March 31st. You can find the menu in the 'Food & Beverage' section, along with the option to make a reservation.
