The Complaint Channel of EMPORDÀ GOLF CLUB is a tool that allows both employees and third parties to alert EMPORDÀ GOLF CLUB about acts of fraud, corruption, harassment, or other improper actions that occur within it by its personnel and managers, without prejudice, where applicable, to the criminal or labor consequences that may arise.

It is a secure and confidential means that allows, when deemed appropriate, for anonymous reporting; reports whose plausibility will be analyzed, leading to the opening of the corresponding investigation procedures if there are sufficient elements or indications.
